The Eight Minds’ 30 days wellbeing program is ground-breaking as it focuses not only on physical wellbeing, but also holistic and mental wellbeing. The program takes a 360° approach that focusses on the four main pillars of wellbeing - Food, Sleep, Movement and Stress Management & Mental Health - using an evidence-based methodology and a holistic approach to each employee’s wellbeing.
The Eight Minds program is a 30-Day program which consists of a daily 5-minute video, combined with a daily journaling exercise and practical tips and recommendations for each day. The program provides a solid introduction to each employee as to how to improve their general wellbeing, but also enables them to take a deeper dive into topics of interest or particular concern to them through the recommendations we make in the daily emails and videos.
