CORPORATE WELLNESS

Increases Employee Productivity.

Improves Motivation.

Provides Measurable Outcomes.

Proven to be Essential in the Workplace.

30 Days to Better Balance Program

Corporate Employee Wellbeing is no longer an “added bonus” for companies wanting the best for their employees and to reduce healthcare and absenteeism costs, it’s essential. Here are the reasons why:

Being a seen as a leader in corporate wellness: 80% of companies with over 50 employees in the US offer workplace wellness programs, only 45% in the UK do so far (Rand Corporation).

Improving productivity: Annual working days per employee lost to absenteeism or presenteeism  has risen from 23 to 30. Wellness programs are shown to boost employee productivity motivation and improve productivity.

Reduced expenses: In the US, companies using wellness programs have reduced their medical expenses by $3.27 for every $1 spent on wellness (Harvard Business School). There is a significant reduction in employee sickness, absenteeism, and presenteeism.

∞ Contributing to lasting positive change: 81% of participants who have taken part in a corporate wellness program have said they have learnt something new and will keep up a habit or activity after the program is over.

Increasing recruitment and retention potential: 89% of workers at companies that support well- being initiatives are more likely to recommend their company as a good place to work (Towers Watson).

Reduces burnout rates: 87% of employees expect their employer to support them in balancing work and personal commitments. Wellness programs that go beyond just physical programs but also offer holistic elements to the program have shown a far greater reduction in employee and work related stress (Glassdoor Survey 2019).

Eight Minds’ Methodology

The Eight Minds’ 30 days wellbeing program is ground-breaking as it focuses not only on physical wellbeing, but also holistic and mental wellbeing. The program takes a 360° approach that focusses on the four main pillars of wellbeing - Food, Sleep, Movement and Stress Management & Mental Health - using an evidence-based methodology and a holistic approach to each employee’s wellbeing.

The Eight Minds program is a 30-Day program which consists of a daily 5-minute video, combined with a daily journaling exercise and practical tips and recommendations for each day. The program provides a solid introduction to each employee as to how to improve their general wellbeing, but also enables them to take a deeper dive into topics of interest or particular concern to them through the recommendations we make in the daily emails and videos.

The Program has been specifically designed by our expert Burnout & Balance Coach and Eight Minds Co-Founder, Wendy McCallum.

The program is designed to be practical and covers the key pillars that enable individuals to enhance their lives through a holistic call-to-action. By setting mini-goals and making the micro-changes to habits supported by our program,  significant overall progress can be achieved in just one month. The resulting cumulative lifestyle change your employees will experience will allow them to be more productive and engaged in today’s challenging home and work environment.

It is vitally important that our corporate clients are able to measure the qualitative and quantitative benefits that the Eight Minds Programming provides for their employees. We have developed an ROI measurement methodology which measures the data-driven and softer benefits of the program.
